Loved how big and comfy our suite's bathroom was! 🛁

A lot of sports events, a great team of animators. Delicious breakfasts. Very attentive staff at reception, always ready to help.

The beach is far away, although there is a free shuttle service.

The setting of this place was amazing, surrounded by stunningly landscaped gardens. 🌿

Enjoy a hearty breakfast with a wide selection of local dishes to choose from.

The rooms offered are brand-new and huge with shower as well as the couch.

This hotel was nice looking with amazingly nice staff at the reception desk. The restaurant here was reasonably priced with swim up bar and restaurant, we both ordered hot dishes. The check-in was quick, we enjoyed wine bar.

There were cockroaches and ants in the room, damp.

The suite includes a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner, and an individual safe, with a lovely view of the surrounding hills and a diverse, generous breakfast spread available.

The gardens

- Poor workattitude of staff, poor connection to centre with public transport, very poor leadership/management (if none), they need a visionary to swipe through the place and get the potential out of it!

The hotel has great facilities but there is absolutely no information in the hotel room regarding any of these facilities. All we were given was a map which did not even feature a children's playground which I found by accident. I used the spa but did not discover the 15% discount for guests until it came to pay. We did not want to avail of the buffet lunch as it was quite expensive and found there as only one option for lunch in the bar. The person at reception did not seem to be aware of this and failed to tell us about the cafe on site. We were able to get a number of options at the pool for lunch on our last day - sunday- it would have been helpful if this was available all week.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the room very comfortable but we felt the hotel let itself down by not advertising its facilites properly. A little information package would be very helpful. Also a decent bar menu or non buffet style restaurant would be great.

The room was modern and had a spacious double bed. the breakfast options were diverse and pleasant. the service provided was fantastic.

Nice and spacious room, bathroom, nice buffet, the pool is nice and clean with its bar restaurant, large resort, good destination for relaxing. A nice hotel for familly and kids.

Almost only italian channels, no international channels (one euronews, one german and one spanish). In the minibar, ONLY bottles of water...4 stars hotel. Almost 10 to 15 minutes from the center of Olbia, 20 euros each way. The spa and the fitness aeara do not belong to the hotel, it's private, so the access to the gym is not for free and it's not open everyday!!! Be careful. Almost 30 minutes to reach Porto Cervo, 100 Euros by taxi each way.

The food made fresh was delicious, and the service was great. the staff were amazingly nice and the view of the mountains was amazing. the bathroom in the room was luxurious, and the breakfast offered a wide array of options. It was a great way to end our trip.
